Whatโ€™s your return and refund policy?

As all of my items are personalised or bespoke, unfortunately I do not accept returns.  On the unfortunate event of your parcel being damaged during the shipping process please contact me within 48hrs of receiving your items.  I will require you to send photographs of the damage and also for you to return them to me.   Please see my terms and conditions for further information on my return/refund policy.

How do you ship items? What are your costs?

Items are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery service or DPD.

Invitation suites and large format signs are ยฃ15 unless otherwise organised with client.

Sample packs are sent free delivery.
